The district or the conference decides what is shared
Item by item, sharing can reach only the churches in your district or every church in the conference. Each item also sets whether members see it or only the office, and how much detail goes out. Pulpit requests are set the same way. Only churches using ChurchKeeper take part. Nothing reaches anyone outside it.
Fill the pulpit with one email
When a Sunday opens up, pick the dates, choose which churches in your district or conference to ask, and send one email. Every minister at those churches gets a link showing only the dates offered to their church. The first to sign up holds the date. You confirm it.
Ministers sign up, you confirm, both calendars update
Ministers see open dates in their own portal or from the email link. A date they are already preaching at home is held back so nobody is double-booked. Sign-ups land on your board and one click confirms. The confirmed date goes on your preaching schedule, and the minister's home church sees an "away" note on theirs.
