The church's papers, with permissions
The church's files, where the right people can open them.
Keep the church's documents in folders, and decide per folder who can see them, from the office, from home, or from a phone.
Folders the way the church already files things
Congregational meetings, prayer meeting topics, songs, policies. Make the folders you'd make in a filing cabinet and nest them as deep as you need.
Permissions on every folder
Owners and admins see everything. For everyone else, choose per folder: all members, a role such as Auditor or the Bible Study Committee, or specific people, each as View or Edit. A permission on a folder covers what's inside it.
Members see only what's theirs to see
A member's Documents page shows only the folders they've been given. Nothing else appears. It works the same on a computer or a phone.
Any common file type
PDFs, Word and Excel files, images, and text, up to 25 MB each. Search by name within a folder.
