The church papers and periodicals that come in a bundle and go out by household. Members choose what they take, the office sees the counts, and the list prints when it is time to order or hand them out.
One list of the church's publications
Enter each publication once, with how often it comes and who publishes it. Every publication shows how many households take it and how many copies that adds up to.
The households behind each number
Open a publication to see every household that takes it and how many copies each one gets. Change a count or remove a household in place. Households that recently stopped are listed below, so nothing disappears without a trace.
Members choose for themselves
In the member portal each household sees the publications the church offers and what they take now. They subscribe, change the number of copies, or stop, and the office's count changes with them. No one has to call the church office.
Add a household from the office
Not everyone uses the portal. Search for a family, set the number of copies, and they are on the list.
The order and the hand-out list, as a PDF
One download gives the order summary for every publication and a single list of households showing what each one receives. Each publication also prints its own list.
Let someone else keep the list
Give the role that handles the papers a "Manage subscriptions" permission, and that person keeps the list from their own member portal. They see subscriptions and nothing else in the office.
