Meal sign-ups, feedback surveys, and questionnaires, sent by email and answered from a phone. The answers come back to the office as they arrive.
Build the form in the office
Write the questions the way you'd write them on paper. Short answers, paragraphs, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, ratings, dates, and grids are all there. Mark the questions that must be answered and split a long form into pages. The preview shows exactly what members will see.
Send it to the people who should answer
Choose everyone, a role such as the Sunday School teachers, or individual members. Each person gets an email with their own link. Members who don't have a login get the email too and answer the same way.
Members answer from the email
The link opens the form on a phone or a computer. There is no login and no password. If someone stops partway, their answers are waiting when they come back. When the form allows it, they can change their answer after sending.
Named or anonymous. You decide before you send.
A meal sign-up needs names. A feedback survey may not. Set that on the form before it goes out. On an anonymous form no name is stored with any answer, and the office can't tell who wrote what. You also choose whether every admin sees the results or only the owner and setup admin, and a closing date after which the form stops taking answers on its own.
Results as they come in
Each question is totaled on one page as the answers arrive. Open any single response to read it in full. Export the whole set to a spreadsheet when the numbers need to go somewhere else.
See who has answered, and remind who hasn't
On a named form the office sees who was sent the form and who has answered. One click sends a reminder to only the people who haven't, and their original link keeps working.
